Do you use Preservatives?
Here's the reason: Haircare products that are water-based and lack preservatives can become contaminated, leading to the growth of harmful bacteria and microorganisms. That's why we avoid using
harmful preservatives like sulfate. Instead, we opt for a safe preservative system commonly found in food products.
When will I see the results of using the products?
In general, you should use it for 3 to 8 weeks for the best results, and the rest of the results may vary depending on your hair type.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you wish to make alterations, please cancel the existing order and create a new one. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is possible. However, if the order has been shipped, you can refuse delivery, and upon return, a refund will be issued if the order has been pre-paid.
How do I return my order?

My payment has been deducted, but my order has not been confirmed?
Your order wasn't confirmed because of some reason, but please don't worry. Any amount that was charged will be returned to your original payment method within 48 hours. Also, if any cashback or funds from your wallet are used, they will be reinstated to your wallet.

What is your Return Policy?
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date
of delivery.
In case of damaged/defective/Incomplete order, please share the images of delivered
product along with shipping label
