Mr. Bhaskar Bawa Managing Director Mr. Bhaskar Bawa is passionate about the Indian salon industry and aiming to escalate its standards, he has developed the Brand PROADS, which is formulated in Australia and distributed in India. He continued to develop both professionally and personally, until he sourced immaculate hair care brands like PROADS in India, showing the India salon industry the path of customer satisfaction with quality, quantity and profitability with a wide range of hair care products. Our product line was born with a desire to provide skin therapists with World Class products & skin education. PRO ADS is the best choice of skin professionals. It has been his passion to transform dream into reality. Today the brand is widely distributed across thousands of salons and preferred by multitude of hair stylists and cosmetic experts across the country.

Mrs. Preeti Mannan
Mrs. Preeti Mannan is a partner in PROADS Professional. She brings seasoned experience of men and material management from her sixteen years plus experience of leadership roles in field of education and cosmetics industry. With Doubles Master’s Degree in Education and English, she has been instrumental in visualizing, creating, and promoting educational institutes in North India in the capacity of leadership roles. With her joining the Freecia India in year 2019 as Founder Director, the organization is growing in terms of growth in human and material infrastructure. She is a multifaceted gifted individual who has been serving the organization and community at large in the capacity of social speaker, writer and contributor in various forums. She brings with her the specialization in the areas viz Administration, Operations, Brand awareness, Brand development and Social Responsibility. She likes giving her thoughtful insights on issues related social causes, business development, work ethics at various forums like TV Shows, radio Talks, Business Expos et al. She is full of ideologies, enthusiasm, learning and intellect,assiduous in whatever she does. She is well known for her integrity, humility and matured sense of discretion coupled with strokes of motivation and confidence.
